I would say its comfortable base for staying and exploring Picton. Stuff is attentive and accommodating and you can park your car on-site. The location of the hotel is magnificent, right by restaurants, bars, cafes, and ice-cream shop, Prince Edward County, and bars. No complains at all, I would come back for sure...

The establishment's location is great, close to many restaurants and downtown. The room was very comfortable, big, and sparkling clean. Breakfast was excellent with a great variety of delicious food.
The check-in process was a bit confusing and the lighting in the hallways and entrance area could be improved at night. It would also be nice to have a bit more information about the area and hotel amenities in the rooms.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, with many restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were friendly and attentive. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with large windows that provided plenty of natural light. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was beautifully appointed. The hotel also had a number of thoughtful touches, such as welcome chocolates and a diffuser with a delightful essential oil blend. The breakfast spread was a feast for the eyes, with locally sourced ingredients elegantly presented. this place provided a high-end, luxury experience that I would highly recommend to everyone.
In summary, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The location, service, and amenities were exceptional and made for a truly memorable stay.

The hotel had beautiful exteriors and well-maintained gardens. the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable to stay in. the location was great, with various restaurant options and entertainment spots located nearby.
The hotel fell short in terms of service and amenities. the lighting in the common areas was not sufficient at night, making it difficult to navigate.

We had a lovely stay at this historic property and were impressed with the attention to detail in the room. the bathroom was particularly spacious and well-designed. the breakfast provided exceeded our expectations and included delicious pastries, cheese, and fruit. the honour system for purchasing local beverages was a nice touch, and the service from the friendly hosts made us feel at home.
Although the rooms were beautifully furnished and comfortable, we did notice a lack of in-room amenities such as a coffee maker or minibar.
